What is Rent in 12?
Rent in 12 lets you pay your annual rent in 12 monthly card payments. We pay your landlord upfront, and you pay us back each month.
Who can use Rent in 12?
Tenants in the UAE with a monthly salary of at least D8,500 who can verify their income.
How is my rent budget worked out?
Your budget is up to 30% of your monthly salary. It’s an estimate until you verify your income, then it’s approved for a year.
What does it cost?
A service fee is added to your rent and split across your 12 payments. You’ll see the full amount before you sign.
What happens if a payment fails?
We’ll let you know and retry your card. You can retry straight away or use a different card in Manage tenancy.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel before you sign and pay. After that, your tenancy agreement’s terms apply.
